Chapter Meeting
The first chapter meeting is coming up on September 18th.

D. Treasurer: The treasurer shall (1 the board may) have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds of the organization from all sources and deposit all such money in the name of the organization in such depositaries as designate; (2) receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the organization; (3) pay all just obligations of the organization approved as follows: (i) items approved as normal and customary (annually repeated), as stated in the approved budget; (ii) items approved and submitted by the Fundraiser Chairman; (iii) items approved by the majority of the board; and (iv) not withstanding the above, the president and/or treasurer may approve any expenditure under $300; (4) keep a complete record of all the organization’s income and expenditures; (5) make a report to the board of directors at each board meeting; (6) make a complete annual financial report at the organization’s annual meeting; (7) file an annual (fundraiser) report with Safari Club International; (8) perform such other duties as may be assigned by the board of directors.
